The bulk of the collection is curriculum items treating the Battle of Jutland, Dogger Bank and Skagerrak, submarine warfare in WWI, tactics and quick decision problems. Also, there are two volumes of The Cruiser War in Foreign Waters, Parts I & II by VADM Erich Raeder. There are books and monographs on naval gunnery, drill regulations, the battles of Jutland and Dogger Bank and the estimate of the situation; miscellany includes notes and outlines, newspaper clippings, prints, charts and diagrams, and writings on ADM Horatio Nelson by Mark Kerr.

Myers, Gilbert B., 1898-1996.

Gilbert B. Myers graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1921 and was a student and staff member at the Naval War College, Newport, RI, 1931-1933.
